Hi, I’m Royce Stearns, the creator of Harvey and Ethyl and Author and Designer of this Website.  Thanks for visiting.

Harvey and Ethyl contains cartoon videos (and maybe some comics later) starring, of course, Harvey and Ethyl.  There is also a section that links to other peoples’ cartoons and comics (or there will be soon).

My Art contains charcoal sketches that I have sketched on paper over the years.  It also contains things that I’m doing digitally which means that I use an application’s tools to create something that is very different from the original.
